Dr. Peterson's approach to patient care is one that every patient is seen by Dr. Peterson. The assistant is not the orthodontist at Peterson Orthodontics!

While we treat teens and adults, many may be surprised to hear that orthodontic treatment can be appropriate for young children and older adults as well! Our youngest patient’s average age is seven, and we treat grandparents too! For adults of all ages, orthodontics will help if a patient is in need of an implant or bridge. We can move teeth to a position that will allow your dental specialist room for placement. You’re never too old for braces!

We always greet our patients with a warm and friendly smile and hello. Whether you are a first time patient or returning for your scheduled appointment, our office environment is welcoming. We even have a game room that allows our patients, siblings, and parents to unwind while waiting!

Advanced Technology

We use a 3D scanner for all of our Invisalign® patients, so no more messy impressions! For our patients with traditional braces, Dr. Peterson does a process called indirect bonding. This allows less chair time for the patient when the braces are placed, and due to the precise placement of each bracket on each tooth, it can shorten the amount of treatment time.

Making Your Treatment Affordable

We accept most insurance plans and will electronically submit your insurance claims for you. We offer 0% interest financing plans for our patients of record as part of our effort to make a perfect smile affordable. In addition to our pay-in-full discount, initial down payment and monthly payment financing is available!

We do not overschedule appointments at our Park Ridge or Wilmette orthodontic offices. We know that you have a busy schedule, and we don’t think that your appointments should interfere with your life. All of our appointments are appropriately scheduled so that you will spend less time in the waiting room and dental chair, and more time out enjoying the things that make you smile.
